Hello Everyone!
It's that time of year! Time to bring the Cinderella Set over from the warehouse!
We'll be having work calls Wednesday 10/25 from 6-10pm, Thursday 10/6 from 1-5pm and Friday 10/27 1PM - 5 PM .
On Wednesday evening we'll be bringing CINDERELLA over from the Warehouse. For this call; many hands make light work. We NEED your help to do this!
We'll meet in the scene shop at 6:00 PM. We'll then carpool over to the warehouse with the rental truck & RLT van to transport the set & props. We won't be assembling the set that evening, but we want to get everything transferred into the Sutton theatre. Again, please sign up to come help out.
On Thursday 1PM - 5 PM we'll start re-assembling the set. We'd love to have a lot of people in for this work call so we can get a lot of the heavy lifting out of the way.
On Friday 1PM - 5 PM we'll continue working on re-assembling the Cinderella set.
You can enter the scene shop through the loading dock door located on Pogue Street between the Sutton and Gaddy Lobby.
