We'll have our usual shop calls this week.
Wed @ 6:30 PM - 9 PM Shop prep / minor construction for Seussical. Our goal is to begin pulling and legging stock platforms in the Sutton Theatre. Tools we be usings will include. Cordless impact drivers, Cordless Screw guns, and the chop saw!
Thursday @ 1 PM - 5 PM - Any final needs for Curious preview. Early stages of construction for Seussical. Transporting the last of Cinderella to the Warehouse.
Saturday @ 10 AM - 1 PM / 2 PM - 5PM Seussical construction. Take care of any scenic notes from Curious opening!
If you're new to RLT and you haven't been with us before...
The easiest and fastest way to the scene shop is through the scene shop load door which is located on Pogue street down near the intersection of Pogue and Everett.
The only things we ask volunteers to bring or do is dress to move. I.e. something you don't mind getting dirty, or possibly paint on. Also, wear shoes that tie to your feet like sneakers or lightweight boots. Be mindful of what jewelry you wear, if you wear jewelry, and lastly if you have long hair that you have a way to tie it up and out of the way.
