Triangle Youth Leadership Services (TYLS) is a non-profit student organization. TYLS holds the annual Triangle Youth Leadership Conference (TYLC) at NC State University.
For 10 years, the mission of TYLC is to provide 75 high school students from across North Carolina with leadership skills that will help them articulate their passions and positively impact NC communities.
We are looking for leaders who are excited to work with and inspire these students and show them that, despite their young age, they can impact and influence their communities in more ways than one.
We are in need of 22 NC state students with experience or are interested in working with high school students as Small Group Leaders. Small Group Leaders will be tasked with guiding, mentoring, and supervising groups of about 10 high school students as they attend TYLC on February 8th - 9th.
