Volunteers will learn FDA and USDA standards of egg inspection. Volunteers will be trained on how to properly clean, examine, and prepare for egg distribution for our food hunger initiatives. Below are a few things to know while volunteering at the Raleigh warehouse.
- All volunteers must wear closed toe shoes.
- Please dress for the weather. The temperature inside the warehouse is close to the temperature on the outside.
- All volunteers must wear a name tag to enter the warehouse.
