Cardinal Hospice Care is looking for compassionate individuals looking to give back to our hospice community. Whether you have a few minutes or a few hours each week we are more than happy to have you. Join us in providing friendship in person through conversation, music, or by simply providing a peaceful presence in the room. You can become a pen pal writing personalized cards or simple words of encouragement to our hospice families. Assist our bereavement team in providing check-in calls or mailings. Similar You can provide phone call check in to our current pages. We have an open craft team who work on donating items to our patients from drawings, collages, crafts and sown items.
To be considered, you must complete our Volunteer Application, pass our background check process, complete our virtual training, sign paperwork work and Interview. Our program is very flexible, with most roles available 7 days a week.
