Who We Are
Our Patients are the Center of Our Care Every one of our patients and their families become the center of a circle dedicated to compassionate care. Whether the patient needs nursing care from our team of Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants, the spiritual support provided by our Chaplains and Spiritual Care Coordinators or simply a caring, supportive hand to hold from our Patient Care Volunteers, our team provides an integrated approach to care that evolves as needs change.
What We Do
In addition to hiring staff members, Liberty Hospice Services relies on a compassionate corps of volunteers. As the demand for home care and hospice grows, our need for qualified caregivers and hospice volunteers increases each year. Our volunteers play an essential role in providing care for our hospice patients, and help those in need at a critical point in their lives. Rarely does one have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of another person or family, and volunteering for hospice offers that chance. Our volunteers have said they find the experience personally gratifying, intellectually stimulating, and emotionally meaningful.
